We have been going to this Osteopathic Clinic for 30 years. It's my husband's first port of call to sort out sporting injuries. I go regularly as a sort of maintenance to keep me moving. Lovely people and a fantastic service!

Outstanding in every respect. I first saw Emilie a few months ago when I was in great pain with my lower back - she was brilliant at providing immediate pain relief; since then I have gone on to more of a maintenance schedule. I would thoroughly recommend her - knowledgeable, professional and personable. Very efficient booking process too.

I have been using the clinic for a long time now seeing both James and Hayley when one or other is unavailable. In short..they are amazing! Professional and informative. When I manage to upset the balance of my body, as I frequently do, they work their magic with their expertise and kindness and get me back into working order again! Excellent and highly recommended.

I can’t recommend James and his practice highly enough. While I have mainly been treated by James himself, resolving several different issues from shoulder and neck pain from Sports injuries to mainly lower back immobility - anytime I have seen another colleague the treatment has been just as professional and effective. Testament to James and his practice the calming nature and sharing of knowledge is shown whether seen in quick succession for repeat treatment or if months have passed since requiring an appointment

I was recommended James from my acupuncturist with a shoulder problem that had been an issue for several months. From the start James has been very friendly and professional. In our assessment session he guided me through the potential issues, did a thorough assessment, and came up with a recovery plan - and was honest in what the potential outcomes would be. He was very open, honest, and you feel well informed in making decisions throughout the process - without any pressure to come back. He supported a quick recovery, and I feel comfortable in getting back into my hobbies. Definitely worth the sessions and I would not hesitate in recommending James to others!

I have been going to Reigate Osteopathic Clinic for many years as I am forever doing something stupid and hurting my back.
I usually see Jamie Olorenshaw but this time he was fully booked so I was offered an appointment with Hayley who I had not seen before. I was somewhat perturbed however within minutes I realised there was nothing to worry about as she certainly knew her business, she found the problem areas and addressed the issues.
Hayley really is an asset to the team.

I see James every few months for maintenance for my back. A 60 mile round trip but worth the drive as I always feel 100% better after my appointment. James is gentle and always explains what he is going to do. The reception team are helpful too.

I have been seeing James for treatment and maintenance sessions for more years than I care to remember! He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and always ready with suggestions for specific exercises to help keep me moving. I get sustained symptom relief following my sessions, enabling me to carry on doing what I want and need to do without restriction. I would highly recommend him.

Ever since my GP recommended James to me and I believe a fellow GP had initially recommended James to him, I have been working with James and now his team, to address various issues generally caused by working with and around equines and specifically their husbandry which is very labour intensive. James has always quickly identified and addressed what the likely issue is and recommends on going exercises to allow me to work and prevent reoccurrences. Always very professional but personal.. I highly recommend.

I have been treated by James Olerenshaw every spring for the last few years to free me up for the new year after not being mobile through the winter. He has always worked miracles and carried out my treatment in a very professional and hygienic manner especially during the recent tough times. I am in my late seventies.

I have been a patient with Reigate Osteopathic Clinic for approx. two decades and have found them to be professional, sympathetic, and in my case of neck injury relief.
Included in the treatment was an overall assessment of anything else, discussion and remedial work if possible.
